I created this resource for the "The Holistic Mom Summit." An excerpt of my presentation is below:

When I think of the word holistic, I think of an inner wellness or intentional fulfilment of the self, that has gradually occurred overtime. When it comes to my career and helping people identify more of who they are, I have a phrase that I like to repeat, so much so that is in quotes on the front page of my website because it’s a direct quote from me. And the quote is “Life is a growth experience with all parts working together to mature a healthy and whole individual.” Growth is on a continuum and it never stops, so its almost like we continue to unlock level after level after level and learning more of who we are towards that authentic self. But to simplify the concept of growth and to make it more manageable, I like to break it down into parts (hence, the development of my quote). And when the parts are positively changed, sustained, and improved, feelings of wholeness starts to form.
