intentional about looking for the positives in your day. This will help
increase the chances of creating a more positive outlook for overall mental
wellness (countering against the naturalness & heaviness of negativity).

I provided you with 3 specific terms/categories each day, for 7 days. All the terms will be different and in no particular order. This will give you the chance to
exercise more enhanced thinking when it comes to gratitude. For each category,
come up with at least 5 reasons why you are grateful for that category.
